Graduates of the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520) are equipped with the skills to step into supervisory and team leadership roles across a wide range of industries. This qualification develops practical capabilities in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and operational planning, preparing individuals to lead teams, manage resources, and support organisational performance.
Line Manager: Coordinate team activities, monitor performance, and drive productivity.
Throughout this program, participants will strengthen their expertise in communication, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking while gaining the tools to manage business operations at a higher level. Students are entitled to apply for Credit Transfer for units they have already successfully completed, or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if they can demonstrate relevant skills and experience, ensuring prior achievements are acknowledged and reducing duplication of learning. Those possessing Subclass 500 visas, or any visas that expire on or before the anticipated course completion date, are not eligible to enrol with AUSCBT.
If any individual with a Subclass 500 visa or a visa that has a conflicting expiration date attempts to register, the enrolment will be cancelled and an administration fee of 25% will be charged to any student attempting to enrol.
